We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, paint, and other toxic substances. If such materials are discovered during the removal process, they will not be removed, and additional charges may apply for time and effort.

2. Booking and Payment

To schedule a service, you must contact us through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm the booking details, including the date, time, and estimated cost.

2.2 Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A deposit may be required for large-scale projects.

2.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the property and the items to be removed. Dream Team Junk Removal is not liable for damages resulting from the customer's failure to provide a safe working environment.

By hiring Dream Team Junk Removal, the customer represents and warrants that they have the legal right to dispose of the items being removed. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Team Junk Removal from any claims or disputes arising from the removal of items.

4. Service Performance

4.1 Timeliness
We strive to complete services in a timely manner. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Dream Team Junk Removal is not liable for any delays or failures to perform that are due to such circumstances.

While we take great care in providing our services, Dream Team Junk Removal is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property. Any damage caused by our team during the service will be assessed and addressed appropriately.
