1. Refund Policy
1.1 Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, offer a partial or full refund based on the nature of the issue.

1.2 Cancelled Services
If you need to cancel your scheduled junk removal service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Service Corrections
2.1 Missed Items
If any items were missed during the junk removal process, please inform us within 7 days. We will schedule a follow-up visit to collect the missed items at no additional charge.
3. Exceptions and Limitations
3.1 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for services that have been completed in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and scope of work. Additionally, refunds are not available for complaints made beyond the specified timeframes.

3.2 Hazardous Materials
Dream Team Junk Removal does not handle hazardous materials. If hazardous materials are present, they will not be removed, and a refund will not be issued for the service call.
